Abstracts of superior quality will be selected by the HBP Surgery Week 2022 Scientific Program Committee for awards.

We encourage all potential authors to submit your outstanding research and become eligible to win various awards.

Eligibility

  • -The applicant should be the presenter of the abstract accepted for either oral or poster presentation.
  • -The applicant must pay the registration fees and attend the congress.

Notices

  1. 1.The Scientific Program Committee will judge onsite presentations on the day of the congress.
  2. 2.Awardees will be announced at the Closing Ceremony and on the HBP Surgery Week 2022 website.
    Awardees will receive a cash prize after the congress.

GRANTS

The HBP Surgery Week 2022 Organizing Committee will offer grants to presenters coming from overseas and domestically. Grants will be given to presenters whose abstracts have been submitted with registration payment made in full.

Eligibility

  • -Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible.
  • -Presenters must pay the registration fees and attend the congress.

Notices

  • -You don't need to submit any application forms for the grants.
  • -If your abstract is accepted and you are requested to submit a video or E-poster file, you will be provided the submission grant.
  • -If there are any duplicate presentations, we will only pay one time in accordance with our policy.
  • -Please be advised that you will be responsible for all bank charges related to the wire transfer.
